quick takes

1. Someone is crawling! Also, Beatrice is now 9 months old! Boy, how the time flies. No army crawling, just regular old crawling from the get-go.

first day

Yesterday was Greta’s first day of school. She is going to the same school as last year and is even in the same classroom. She is now in the four year old class, and goes in the mornings, three days a week. New teachers, some new classmates and some old friends. She was so excited and seemed to do just fine.

the state of the tomatoes

Yes, tomatoes are still taking over our lives. I know we will be glad to have a freezer full of yummy sauce and tomatoes this winter, but boy am i tired of our table and island being covered. All of these pictures were taken today.

The table:

We are nearing the end, many of the tomato plants are barely hanging on. Phew.
